ARDCI MFI holds wellness activity for its employees

Coach Edward Arcilla Jr., ARDCI Sky Gym fitness trainer shared his insights and knowledge to promote health and physical activity, especially in the workplace.
A brief and simple workout routine, which can be performed regularly in their own workspace, was also led by Coach Edward during the wellness activity.
