ARDCI Operation Libreng Tuli 2017
In its continuing service to its members, ARDCI NGO Group, Inc., thru its CSR Programs, conducted another series of Operation Libreng Tuli in all its Catanduanes Branches, including the ARDCI Bank, last April 22 to May 5, 2017. Volunteer Doctors and Nurses rendered services to 202 young men who are sons of ARDCI members.
Tuli is a Filipino rite of male circumcision, a painless, minor surgical procedure, usually done during summer breaks. It is believed that when a young man is circumcised, he is ready to take on the journey of adulthood.
