You can now apply for a job at ARDCI Microfinance, Incorporated right after receiving your Senior High School diploma!
The new set of qualifications for the Community Development Officer (CDO) position are as follows:
Senior High School graduates;
Undergraduates who completed at least 2 years in college from old curriculum;
Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course;
Willing to do fieldwork;
Must be willing to be assigned in any ARDCI area of operation outside their municipality or province;
Knows how to drive a motorcycle;
Must have a Driver’s License;
Has high integrity.
