ARDCI MFI branches embark on simultaneous clean-up drive
June 3, 2023 || In a remarkable display of environmental stewardship for World Environment Day, ARDCI MFI organized a Community Clean-up Drive participated by its 109 branches all over Luzon and Visayas.
An impressive number of individuals, consisting of 832 branch staff and 2,388 volunteers, wholeheartedly engaged in this significant endeavor. They actively participated in the collection and segregation of waste, ensuring its appropriate disposal. The concerted efforts led to the meticulous sorting of 1,091 sacks filled with biodegradable wastes, 296 sacks containing non-biodegradable wastes, and 207 sacks brimming with valuable recyclable materials.
The event united the efforts of ARDCI staff, SLS members, barangay constituents, and passionate volunteers from various groups to go on this benevolent mission to restore order and cleanliness of the environment, leaving a lasting impact for generations to come.
